We are currently looking for new shareholders for 2 shares in existing barracks for the construction of housing.
A building permit has been approved for the construction.
The cooperative housing association Friskoven is responsible for the supply of sewerage, electricity and water to the share (which is included in the share price), but in addition to that, the shareholder is responsible for the construction of private housing.
