Shares for sale: 

We are currently looking for new shareholders for 2-3 shares in existing barracks for the construction of housing.

We have approx. 183 square meters available in one of our barracks, which can be distributed to housing in the following ways (see below, the brown fields on the left of the ground plan are already occupied shares).

A building permit has been approved for the construction.

The cooperative housing association Friskoven is responsible for the supply of sewerage, electricity and water to the share (which is included in the share price), but in addition to that, the shareholder is responsible for the construction of private housing.

A water-to-water heat pump has also been installed  which can supply the entire barrack with domestic water and heat (for e.g. underfloor heating). Purchasing and operations are shared by all residents of the barracks.
