The Friends of Friskoven Association invites you to a spring fun and swap market with plant swaps, seed swaps and other good stuff swaps!

If you have sprouted a lot of lovely plants or have seeds left over, come and exchange them!

Do you have homemade things you would like to share and pass on - it could be art, jam, fermented products, fresh peas, then come and share them!

Also take the opportunity to clean out your things and see if you have anything good that you don't need, maybe it can benefit someone else.

The concept is as follows:

- Bring about 5-10 things (in good quality) that you would like to give away.
